Report or View Non-Emergency Issues Online
For emergencies, dial 911.

Welcome! This new online reporting tool streamlines the process for residents reporting non-emergency problems to the City. It allows residents to submit non-emergency service requests and neighborhood issues through the display below or via mobile app.

Smart phone and web users can enter the location of an issue, provide detailed information, and even include a photo or video of the problem. Once a report is submitted, the information is immediately routed to the appropriate municipal department for resolution. In addition, residents may signup to monitor the status of their requests, provide real-time updates, and receive email updates. They can also share their requests by posting them on social media outlets.

Use the box below to report:

  • Potholes
  • Street Lights
  • Trash/Recycling
